These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuitsMi mobile application and related services ("SuitsMi", the "Service"), operated by Hayova Technologies Limited, a business registered in Nairobi, Kenya ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SuitsMi. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
SuitsMi is an AI wardrobe stylist. It helps you catalogue clothing you already own and suggests outfits from those items, taking into account factors such as occasion, weather, and your stated preferences. SuitsMi styles what you own. We do not sell clothing, we do not place shopping links, and we do not earn commission on any purchase. Styling suggestions are provided for your convenience and are not professional advice.
You are responsible for the information you add to SuitsMi and for keeping your account secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Photos, videos, and wardrobe information you add remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to recognise your garments and generate outfit suggestions. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
SuitsMi may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription ("SuitsMi Pro"). If you begin a paid subscription, it renews automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms where we can. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Where you use the Service from the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under local law continue to apply.

Last updated: July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Hayova Technologies Limited ("we", "us", "our"), based in Nairobi, Kenya, handles your personal data when you use SuitsMi. We are committed to privacy-first design and to the principle that your wardrobe is yours. This policy is written to align with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos or wardrobe to sell you clothing or to serve third-party advertising. SuitsMi exists to help you wear what you already own — not to market to you.
Where possible, analysis of your wardrobe photos happens on your device. This means the images used to recognise your garments are processed on your phone rather than being sent elsewhere, reducing what leaves your device.
We use your data only to provide and improve SuitsMi: to catalogue your wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions, remember what you have worn, and support features such as trips and packing. We process your data on the basis of providing the service you have requested and, where relevant, your consent.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run SuitsMi (for example, secure hosting or payment processing through your app store), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where legally required.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. SuitsMi lets you delete your wardrobe data from within the app, and data export is planned. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@suitsmi.com.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your data or close your account, we remove it, except where we must retain limited information to meet legal obligations.
SuitsMi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
We are based in Kenya. If you use SuitsMi from the European Union or elsewhere, your data may be processed in Kenya and other countries; we take steps to protect it in line with applicable data-protection law.
